At ShippingBoxEngine, we strive to provide the best custom box design experience. Since our core tools are currently free, refunds typically apply only to premium features or services if introduced.
✅ Good News: Our core box design tools are completely FREE! You can design and export SVG files without any payment.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests
- Digital products (SVG templates) are generally non-refundable once downloaded
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
